Support
You can benefit from our 24/7 technical support service during weekdays. Our teams are always on hand to provide fast and effective solutions if you have any issues. On weekends, our support is only available between 17.00 and 19.00 (GMT+3). Outside of these hours, we will try to respond to any emergencies as soon as possible. However, it is important to note that support is only available for purchases and installations made through our original site. We regret that we are unable to assist with purchases made from other platforms or third-party installations. We recommend that you use our original platform for support.
Refunds
To request a refund on Tebex, please note that while we have a no-refund policy, exceptions can be made for certain technical issues. To initiate a refund request, open a ticket on Discord and provide a detailed explanation of your situation. If deemed necessary, a refund possible If these situations occur, a refund can be made:
If the script is not working and this problem is not solved by our support team (if it is determined that the problem is caused by us);
Can be returned within the first 7 days after purchase.
